NOTE:-     The charges referred to in items 13.,16., 18. and 19. above do not include the drafting preparation of any necessary documents, which will be charged according to the time expended, the complexity of the matter, the skill, specialized knowledge and responsibility required, the number and importance of the documents prepared or perused, and the value and importance of the matter to the client.
